Mr. Tutorow retired after 20 years of service to his country. He is a Life
Time Member of the VFW, Viet Nam Veterans of Michiana, and Viet Nam Veterans of America. He is also a member of the Brothers of the 3rd Wheel. Mr.
Tutorow has acquired a new nickname since leaving the service, one he claims
he is most proud of - Grandpa.
